Homeless pod

I found this lonely wandering eye pod hiding in the drawer. I had forgotten about this one. It's pewter with bronze mesh worked around a gorgeous glass eye from Janet AnvilsAttic

Considering it's not where my head is lately I thought someone out there might like it. An odd yet organically beautiful pendant for yourself or that quirky friend. If interested, leave a comment and I'll put your name in the bowl. I'll be happy to send it to an appreciative new home.

Surely I qualify as a quirky friend. Or maybe just quirky since I have things like glass eyes hanging around the place. I think your eye pod is magnificent. Whoever wins it will, no doubt, be thrilled.

Tracy,
So great to finally meet you! Jan sent me to the blog. Ever since she had you make Jerome a pod, I've been envious. I gave my younger sister my 60's eye ring but would love an eye pod (is that a play on words - ipod?). When are you and Jan moving to Rochester? Ha. Hope to meet you face to face sooner than later. Love the work!

But the other three season's are glorious! Ha.
Maybe you'd be interested in the 6x6 project at Rochester Contemporary Art Center: http://www.roco6x6.org/6x6x2016_2pages.pdf. Jan and Cathie are thinking about submitting and coming to the Opening in June. Lots of room at the Inn. Would love to have you join us and get a piece of your art in a new market! Think about it.

I am so glad to know I'm not the only glass eye aficionado wandering around. It's perfect with some PNM metalwork!
